Israel Morales Victorian, born in the Commune of Chol Chol in July 1964, since childhood, said drawing skills, giving priority to human figures, their foray into the painting is born at age 13, to receive a box of oils, gift of his father.

Professionally, he served as Chile's police officer for 24 years, ending his police work on the coastal area of the Ninth Region. During this period, continued to cultivate his talent, entering from topics such as landscape, abstraction, to Surrealism, a subject which has become his trademark owners, as there are reasons for the unconscious of the human mind, where reason and the injustice of man develop his game master.

In artistic terms, is defined as self, perfecting every day through constant self-criticism, making him the artist who shows his work at this time.
